A Nasal Provocation Test (NPT) is a diagnostic test used to identify whether a specific allergen triggers nasal allergy symptoms. A controlled amount of the suspected allergen is introduced into the nose, and symptoms such as sneezing, itching, runny nose, and nasal congestion are assessed to determine the nasal response.
